my daughter has a sony laptop and i think by accident she has deleted something and now its not working. When she trys to switch it on she gets a black screen with the words NTLDR is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart but nothing works, windows is built into the hd,i've read a litle bit saying it could be that the hd is corrupt or the os is not working,i don't have much idea on this sort of thing, but i have a windows OEM disc off my desktop, would this help to reinstall windows or am i better off trying something else any advice will begrateful thanks
