My laptop has been really slowing down so i decided to format it, and after format, its still freakin slow, it used to be at normal speed, now i have to wait so long to do things on the laptop, and i have no idea why, since i formatted the laptop...

Also i noticed that cpu usage in the task manager is really high, like when i cilck on a website iexplorer will go up to like 85% usage, and other random softwares will randomly go up to 20% or something, i don't remember that happenin before... Also in the mem usage seems high to me too... For example iexplorer is at 48.000 K. msnmsgr is at 56.000 K and and 3-4 others that are over 10.000 K, and the rest is is between 3.000 K and 10.000K... Do these numbers seem normal..

Anyways i hope someone can help...

I looked at your log and found these:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {e2e2dd38-d088-4134-82b7-f2ba38496583} - %windir%\Network Diagnostic\xpnetdiag.exe (file missing)

    --------------------------

Do you have Spybot Search&Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html ), AVG Anti Spyware (http://www.ewido.net/en/download/) And Ad-Aware SE Personal (http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=506) Also, you will need to have CCleaner installed http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4191 )
If you don’t have any of these, please download them, update them and run them individually in safe mode. Then, boot back into regular mode, and post a new HJT log once again. Thanks!

Is this an old laptop? Does it slow down when you have alot of programs running at the same time? If so, I believe this might have to do with the fact that your laptop is outdated....

One last thing, how many processes do you have open? If you have more than 50, I would suggest closing some of them and then seeing what items start up with your laptop when it boots. (Go to start>run>msconfig>and then take a look at your start up tab and un-check some of the items that you think arent necessary.)

    hey
what should i be doin with the stuff you found in hijack this..

    This laptop is 2 years old ... here's it's specs :

i know what u mean by outdated... but this happened all of a sudden... i don't think it's because it's outdated...

I have 57 processes but most of them are started by the computer and they are almost always idle...

With the stuff that I found in hijack this, open up HJT and then run a scan. Then simply find the things I posted and put a check in the box next to them and press the butten that says "fixed checked"

Also, you dont have alot of ram... usually computers now have twice that or 4 times that... So that is possibly the problem if you run alot of programs at the same time.
