Hello all. I have been trying to hook up my new laptop to my big screen HDTV. I have done so using the S-Video cable. It works, but the picture is a little fuzzy on the big screen, and text is almost impossible to read. Is there something I am doing wrong or not doing at all? Maybe some settings I need to change or something??? Anby help is accepted and appreciated! Thanks in advance! ~Carl
S-video is not HD so you will only get a standard def picture when using it. Does your HDTV support VGA or DVI? Your laptop will have VGA or DVI out, use that to hook it up and you will get the full resolution.
