Help just turned on my laptop and the screens gone pink can still make out icons etc but everythings pink,is this a screen fault a software fault or hardware fault never heared or seen enything like it before any help im stumped
Alright its either you screen or your video card because both of them can make the screen different colors.
might I also suggest trying an internet search with the make and model of your laptop to see if this type of problem is common with your laptop.
took the laptop to a computor fair only to be told that my screen had gone and it would cost £150.oo Two days later booted up my laptop it was still pink then it started to flash and flicker then it came back to normal and has been for about a week now !!!!!!! still baffled
