thinking of buying either the International version or the Deluxe Edition. which one is the better buy or with most scenes/contents not seen in the U.S.A? any suggestion?
You could rent them and then see for yourself before buying. Btw, bumping threads is against forums rules. No one here is payed or obliged ot help you, so just be patient and wait for a reply in future.
