I have 2 dvd burners right now that I tried to burn a regular cd with using both Nero and Roxio, and both burners can write at 48x but when I use either software it will limit me to burn at 24x for one and 40x for the other. Is there something that I need to change in the software???
You need to check the max speed listed on the cd disc itself. They are all rated at different speeds and will only burn at the max speed they are rated at. Some drives will burn above the listed speed of the disc but not always. There should be a speed selection in the software programs somewhere. Jerry
