I have a wireless g linksys network adapter (model number wpc54gs) and I am trying to fix this for my father in law. I re-installed everything but it will not connect to anything because it is disabled.
Can anyone help my try to figure out how to enable the adapter so that I can connect!? I am going crazy here!

It doesn't show up in the device manager. Also, when i go to my network connections I don't have a wireless network connection. all that is available is Lan connection. do i need to download the driver or something?
