I have wBFS Manager 3.0 loaded on my PC running Windows 7 Home Estentials. I am trying to load some Wii ISO game files onto a 16G Cruzer (SanDisk) 2.0 Flash Drive which I have formatted with WBFS Manager. All the files Im working with are approximately 4.7G. Some will load on easily and plays correctly but others will not load on. The one that does load shows as a smaller size. IE: "New Super Mario Bros." is showing as 4.37 in Windows Explorer but is showing as Estimated size .35GB, ISO size 4.37GB in WBFS Manager and it plays fine on my modded Wii console but "Call of Duty, Modern Warfare" also 4.37GB in Explorer but shows as 4.08GB, 4.38GB ISO and is too large to install. Whats the difference? Is there some kind of conversion I need to do?

Does it show the image size in bytes?
The maximum size for a DVD-5 is 4,707,319,808 bytes(4.384 GiB)
So long as the size in bytes is no more than that, it fits the profile of a DVD-5

This shows the file size in GiB and Bytes

New super mario bros IS 350mb once scrubbed by wii backupmanager
Call of duty has to be run with a cios that has a base 57, it will not run on anything else if its too large enable splitting of the files in wbfs manager (I use backup manager and that is an option, it will automatically split files that are too big for FAT32 into 4GB chunks).

Or format your drive to NTFS - no issue then

I have successfully formatted an external HD and can load backup files on it. I can run the games except Wii Resort, either from disk or backup file on HD. Before, it would boot right to the island and you can select the sporting event you wanted. Now it loads the sky diving first. I did not know when you start Wii Resort for the first time it starts the Sky Diving intro and I didn't let it run. I purchased the Wii from someone who had already run the game disk and because I had to format my Wii when I messed up the Hack the first time, it is basically starting over new. Everything else in Homebrew and all the Apps are running fine. I'll try and let the Sky Dive run it's course and see it it boot to the island.
