Looking for a program to join avi files

I am currently using winavi to rip avi files into dvd format but what i need is a program that will put two avi files together then rip into dvd format, i have tried both nero vision express and Divxtodvd but nero ios crap with audio and divxtodvd is not sohot on the quality side.

So i need a program that can do both well not just looking for freeware any program that can do the job effeciantly really.

 

isnt dvd santa good for that?

 

Roxio EMC7 does a good job of combining them.
