I recorded some screen captures on my computer. Now I want to record voice over narration and sync them. I'm running Windows 10. Can anyone suggest a freeware program to do this?

    Thanks

I don't know a video editor to do that, try the Videohelp site.

You could use windows sound recorder to record your comments while playing back the video with the sound off then open both tracks in Audacity and use the 'Duck' filter to give your track preference over the main audio.
When you speak, the audio of the main track is lowered; when you pause the main track volume goes back up.
Then you would save the result to a new audio track and merge it into the video using the likes of MKMerge.
