looking for info on backing up my ps2 games

    look im interested in learning how to backup my ps2 games, i use dvd shrink and a dvd decrypter to backup my dvds. if i got a MODchip will i be able to burn?
    also if there is a website that can help me step by step in doing so will be appreciated

    As far as copying the game, there are free programs out there that will do the job for you. DVD Decrypter for DVD-Rom games (Games that are silver on the bottom) and Burnatonce for CD-Rom games (Games that are blue on the bottom).

    Just create an image of the disc, and then burn the image to blank media.

    To answer your other question, if you have a modchip properly installed, you will be able to play copies of games that you own.

    another aoption is to get a flip top and Swap Magic discs. You can also use those to play games that you backed up without having to solder anything to your motherboard.
