    I have a Samsung 8000 3dtv

I have a diamond HD media wonder , via usb i have a HDD

hooked to the diamond , and an HDMI 1.4 cable running

    from diamond to tv

My question is , why am I not getting 1080p like im being told

i am from an original 1080p file

So hdd sends all info to diamond via usb ,diamond sends

info to tv via an hdmi 1.4 cable

When i press info on my samsung remote while viewing

this 1080p file , the samsung reports it as 720x480

    @ 60 hz

the tv simply reports the info

as it gets it , and usb simply transports the info

    to the diamond

As you all know there is no way other than usb to

communicate between the diamond and the hdd ?

Diamond advertises the device as 1080p capable

    thats why i bought it

Has diamond somehow misrepresented this product ?

    Cheers

Not sure what your reply means ?

Regardless , it s not in manual , nor did Diamond

ever return my calls , but its all in settings , so the product does support

    1080p after all

Just took some playing about with the product

Some support from Diamond would have been nice tho

    cheers
