Lost channels, not techy,please help.

I have a starview1 box, when my channels started dissapearing i used to do factory reset then auto scan and then switch on my emu and everything was fine, they recently went off and i done my usual procedure but now i'm getting just ordinary channels, no movies, sport or music, i dont have any wires or anything as i'm not to clued up on computers. When i do go onto a channel it updates to 150% then goes back to blank screen. Any advice would be greatfully recieved.

 

VM are mucking about with the network, should be ok later.

 

hi fekker i live near cardiff and my box is not updating what do u suggest a factory setting and autoscan turn emu on???? i think all uk down???
