Lost channels on dbox 2

Hi everybody I live in Derbyshire my mate in Nottingham we have lost all channels we have tried to scan but gat the message no channels found any ideas what to do or have the cable company done something !

I was already out my depth on starview boxes .......... as they say in Dragon's Den "I'm out"

 

in these situations I tend to flash a new image on and 99% of the time it works

also have you checked your signal

pressing red button then blue and see what the values are for the three bnr shoul dbe as low as possible, idealy 0 but mine is 40 the other two should as high as possible.

 

I have lost the Prem Plus channels. Any idea's?
