I am experiencing a lot of in game 'stuttering' especially during FMVs. I'm not sure if this is a modchip related issue or something to do with hardware. I have v9 Matrix Infinity modded ps2.

Anybody have any suggestions or know what is at issue? Much appreciated.

90 times out of 100 it will be the disk. Either it is not very good quality media. ALWAYS burn games at 4x or less. Make sure your blank dvd's are good quality.
