    I'm getting an error message in meastro that says "media detection error" when I am trying to import media assets. Thanks in advance

    what sort of media asset are you trying to import?

    I get the same message when I convert Region 1 NTFC into Region 2 PAL.
    I think it's to do with the NTFC to PAL conversion.
    Try demuxing the Video(*.d2v) track in NTFC Video(*.m2v file) as sometimes it defaults to *.mpg. With the right settings you should convert OK.
    **NOTE: Video Source Type: NTSC = Non-interlaced (progressive), PAL = Interlaced
    **NOTE: NTSC = IPB/152 and PAL = IPB/142

    I am inserting M2V files. I am able to insert the first one but when I try the second one thats when I get the message. Also it will let me insert the ac3 file as well. I have tried chossing one of the other 4 first to no avale.
    There is a total of 4 M2V's and one ac3.
