Mafia Backup?

I recently attempted to backup my Mafia game, but didn't have any success. I have backed up plenty of games before, but this one freezes right after the blue border appears around the "insert disc" screen (using a flip top). The screen turns black, and stays there.

Anyone had any success with this game?

These are the steps I took and they worked fine.

    1. Burned the .cue file to a cd-r using Nero.
    2. Insert the swap magic CD disc.
    3. Insert the burned cd-r using the flip top.
    4. Insert the swap magic DVD disc using the simple eject.
    5. Insert the Mafia DVD-R backup using the flip top.

There are probably other ways to get this to work, this one worked for me.

    try sm3dvd from ps2ownz,

    these are the steps.
    1: insert sm dvd,
2: using flip top swap for sm3dvd,
4: using flip top swap for backup.

    works every time!
