I have searched this forum for any info on the magmedia brand and only found one post - totally unrelated to my question.

Can anyone recommend this media or tell me who manufactures it. I'm looking for reliable media for backing up my PSX games (CD-R ones) using my Pioneer A06.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I did a google search, saw a couple pics - I bet they are made by CMC due to the style of the 50 pack case. They remind me a lot of Imations. I suggest buying a 10-5 pack (if you can) and checking them out for yourself.

Thanks BillyG. I get them through work and ordered a spindle! Someone told me they thought they were Princos in disguise.

No problem. CMC makes the majority of the lesser known CD-R brands like Khypermedia, Spin-X, Optimum, some AT&T, lots of Memorex, all of Imations, Philips and a few hundred more off brands. BTW use CD-R Identifier or Nero and find out who makes them.

For BillyG and anyone else that's interested. It appears that my source was correct. The Magmedia spindle I just received are manufactured by Princo.
