main menu HELP

HI ALL
i cant get out of the user menu!for some reason the exit key wont respond and take me back to the main menu.I tried unplugging the unit and going into the niagravision.nil fix..any ideas?

 

you will need to get a lend of a remote and just leave it on the channels

 

sorry should have explained the snag better,the exit key works fine ,as it will exit from some sub menues ok but just cant exit back out of the user menu.

Have you tried a factory reset?

hmmm,that did'nt work.the only menu that comes up in the factory settings is the langauge memory which I think is the crux of the problem

 

Sounds like you need to do a scan for the channels. Setup the provider and enter the keys. Go to the link at the end of pjmuk's post, on the tools page is a setup guide.

Apologies if you know all this already, trying to narrow it down.

 

cheers eamo,I tried a channel search from the set up up memu and it could'nt find any channels.now im a bit of a novice at this and cant find pjmuks post on the tools page....in fact cant find tools page...more help please.
