Hey everyone...Im glad I found this forum!

Ive always had problems with Azureus, but just dealt with it...

I fixed my NAT problem, and have a green light in the program. After dling for 5 minutes, it stops dling. It continues to ul if something is being uled. THe only way I can get a working connection is to restart the pc. resetting the modem and router does nothing.

sometimes I get lucky, and it downloads the whole thing while i am away. most of the time, it will stop after a few mins, breaking my heart when i get home looking forward to a nice big file.

    any suggestions?

I just went thru this bullshit of no green light today with my new router.

read the WIKI from sourcefourge, google Azureus.

You need to make sure you are using a static ip address.

This adjustment can be made in your routers config.

I was kind of having the same problem as you but I was getting Blue screens and had to do a re-start. Azureus would shutdown my PC, I could UL all night with no problems but I couldn't DL big files at all.

I went to the Azureuswiki help pages and tried as much as they suggested to do, updated things with new drivers get the new java etc...then I ran a Registry Cleaner and now for some reason it works like a charm.

I'm using a router also. I set all the settings as what they suggest for "Good Settings". I hope that helps.
