    Wondering if this method exists:
Can we install the xbox DVD drive in our PC
and have a PCI card that has a port for the xbox DVD special cable.
by doing so the PC should be able to read xbox games. This way we dont' have to FTP which takes too long to backup xbox games.

    just a thought

Windows won't support it. It's been done to death.

You don't have to do it the hardway.Installing the games onto your Xbox hard drive then FTP the files on to your PC to be burnt.Just network your Xbox to your PC and look for the D: drive of your Xbox where the game disc is,drag the folders of the Xbox D: drive to your PC and when done, burn it on the disc.Unless the game needs to be patched...

It also depends on what dashboard you're using. I get almost twice the speed with UIX than Evox when FTP'ing from PC to Xbox.

If you use avalaunch or unleashed use quix to transfer and convert the game (in one step) from the xbox D drive. Just put the game in the D drive and rip it right to the pc. DONE AND DONE
