If there a downloadable boot disc or an exploit to run a ps1 game on a ps2.

I tried CDLoader, but it only runs the PSLogo and stops.
I also tried CogSwap, and when I pressed X, the disc was spinning, but the PS2 wasn't loading anything.

    Are there any other applications?

No, my ps2 is not version 7.

Are there any other applications rather than having to buy a boot disc?

No, my ps2 is not version 7.

EDIT: Oops, I double posted because I clicked on the wrong button. D'oh!

I'd like to know if there is. But for now, all I can suggest is to buy Breaker Pro. You can't burn it since the original is pressed, therefore its similar to swap magic disc's. Anyways, go out and purchase yourself Breaker Pro, as I will too.
