Hi there, new to the After Dawn Forum and new to PS2 Modding.

I have a little problem.........when I was installing the Matrix Infinity Chip to my PAL V5/6 PS2 I overheated the reset soldering pad on the PS motherboard and the pad lifted along with the only visable track.

Does anyone know of an alternate point for soldering the reset wire?

    Cheers

i dont think their is anything you can do. sorry. unless you can somehow put the pad back. or you will probably have to live with swap magic. its not that bad. my uncle has it. oh, and you dont even have to but a fliptop. their is a guide on making your own on afterdawn!
