Max VTS of 99 is reached error

    I am trying to use Vob Blanker to delete the commercials from Casino Royale after using DVD Decrypter to recode it. But as Vob Blanker reads the decrypted files, it says "Error: Max VTS of 99 is reached", and won't go on. Anyone knows how to solve the problem! Please advise!
