Why do you need to convert it? an MDF file is able to be read by DVD Decrypter and Nero and Alcohol 120%.

Unless your planning on unpacking the ISO file onto your computer to play/use. Which i don't think would be much use. But you can use Magic ISO, if should be able to convert the file to ISO for you. you can find it here http://www.imagespro.com/programs/2986/

The .mdf is the image. The .mds is the cuesheet.

If you want to burn the image

Nero doesn't recognize mdf or mds files.

DVD Decrypter will burn the .mds file, but wont recognize the .mdf file. Also, it must be a dvd image. If it's a cd image, you can't use DVD Decrypter.

Alcohol 120% is the best solution. It supports both file types and you can burn the image, whether it's meant for cd or dvd.

MagicIso can convert the image to iso or bin if that helps. Then, you can easily burn to blank media.

If you want to extract the data onto your hard drive
Run IsoBuster and extract the contents of the .mdf file to your hard drive.
