    Hello,

When I go to play a movie in media player it plays but the sound is slower than what it should be. Any suggestions?

Do you mean the audio is evenly lagging behind the video by a bit, and not varying in how much it lags? If so, mPlayer for windows http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design6/dload.html lets you slow the video so it's synced, but it doesn't have a GUI, only command line interface. Anyone know of other programs to do this? I need them too.

Instead of mplayer, try ReClock http://ogo.nerim.net/reclockfilter/
It takes some reading if you want to understand what it's doing, but it can fix sync problems and you can keep using media player.
