i have just downloaded media player classic 6.4.8.2 'cause i have heard that it is a light-to-use program and also it supports dvd playback. the thing is that it can play the videos i have but in some it is colour-less and without sound while in others it just doesn't have sound. i have checked the options but i think that i miss sth. can you suggest me anything?
Works fine for DVD's here but I use a cvs build of 6.4.8.3. Also works fine with other files. Check what filters are being used for playback and if need be disable the internal ones if they are causing problems. Then the same filters as used in other players should kick in.
