Well, if you're lucky enough to live near a Micro Center(at least for now), they are having sales on all kinds of verbatim discs from lightscribe CDs and DVDs to inkjet printables.

    Verbatim DVD+R DL 20pk $27.99
    Verbatim DVD+/-R 16x 50pk White Inkjet Printable $14.99
    Verbatim DVD+R 16x 30pk LightScribe $17.99
    Verbatim CD-R 52x 30pk LightScribe $11.99
    Verbatim CD-R 52x 25pk Metalic Inkjet Printable $4.99
    Verbatim CD-R 52x 50pk Inkjet Printable $9.99

They also carry the Verbatim DVD+R DL 20pk Inkjet Printables, but at $74.99 they're not much of a deal.

    Dynex 50pack from Bestbuy - $8.99

I know many ppl dislike these discs but i just bought some and they turned out to be MCC-004.

Look for the "© 2006 Best Buy, Made in China" ones.

Dynex are the same as Playo, made by the same companies. They are NOT real MCC. They are fake MCC made in China by AML and UME. Playos are cheaper after easy rebate.

If I wasn't overloaded with 400 Verb -R 4x discs (hey, it's cheap & I don't mind waiting longer for the burn to finish) I would have bought Verbs at my local Microcenter if I had known about it!

I picked up some TDK CDR's for $4.99 per 30 pack (bought the last 4) & it wasn't CMC junk but Ricoh at a local Walgreens a few days ago. Later that day I went to an Office Depot & snagged Acer manufactured Imation CDR's for $12.99 per 50 pack. Got 2 with about 12 left on the shelf. 420 discs for audio CD's, not bad....

Yes I know this is a DVD forum but if you look around for media sometimes you can find some on sale in your area.
