Do you want to explain what your project consists of?
Do you have a movie that is 2 parts and you want to join them and then convert them to DVD?

I don't know how mediajoin works. here is a guide on how to join AVI with VirtualDub:

    http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/14/59/

Once you have joined the avi, make sure the Audio/Video is still in sync. Then you can convert to DVD Flick to DVD:

    http://beginwithsoftware.com/videoguides/dvd-flick-guide.html

It is nor required to join them before converting to DVD. You can load all 3 episodes in DVD Flick and make one single movie, or load all episodes and make 3 titles with a menu so you can select and play each episode sparately.
