metal gear solid 2 substance

    game is over 4.7 gb, it is possible to copy?

    yea u just have to buy a double sided disk thats 9.4 GB's

    there a bit more though

    ----docta - how are you going to copy that game? it's just like xenosaga, too big. Do you know of a way to split the image? I've never heard of this being done. as far as I know, you'll have to get a rip of it. the double sided discs are just two 4.7gig discs, you cant get a true 9.4gig disc and thats what it would take to burn the games over 4.7gig unless you know of a way to split the game into 2 parts and still make it work right.

    The double sided media is clearly not the answer here since the PS2 is only a single sided reader. You would have to eject the disc and flip it over essentially the same thing as burning to 2 blanks. You would likely have to convert the movie files on the disc to a lower quality format and maybe then it would all fit on 1 4.7GB blank.
