microsoft essentials 2010 error

    hi i cant install microsoft system essentials,i get error "setup cant continue because domain is unavailable".tried to search answer for an hour,no joy

    any help gratefully recieved

    i take it you havent had any connection problems to the internet? first thing i would do is delete the installer package and download it again from the microsoft download site.have you deleted your other antivirus?
