This guy here has the same problem, they say it's the flex cables: https://www.reddit.com/r/3DS/comments/31xv4i/help_3ds_screen_is_on_mirror_mode_any_fix/ You can try opening it and reconnecting the flex cable for the bottom screen, if you're out of warranty (and maybe clean the contacts). Replaced touch and lcd screen all working fine now mates happy, replaced touch screen seems I was already in there the old one was ok kept it for spare. Don’t know if you can see bottom screen is blurry fuzzy as well as backwards. Re connecting cleaning contacts didn’t work
