missing rundll32 Win7

    Hi, my computer is missing rundll32.exe, I have no idea how this was deleted, probably through a registry cleaner, does anyone know how to fix this or reinstall without reinstalling windows

    look in your msconfig\startup for that command & uncheck the box.

    I need to repair that file though. Any ideas on how to reinstall rundll32??

    1.Put the Windows XP CD ROM disk in the CD ROM drive.
    2.Click Start, and then click Run.
    3.Type expand X:\i386\rundll32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe in the Open box, where X is the letter of your CD ROM Drive.
    4.Restart the computer.

    Okay, So i have the new rundll32.exe file in my system32 folder. However it will not run on startup and I don't know how to get it to. As a result my laptop is not booting up properly without me pressing ctrl + alt + del at the startup, it also slows down on me.

    How do i get rundll32.exe to run on startup?????
