MKV to DVIX for playback on stadalone DVIX player

    i have a dvd-upconvert dvd player with DVIX playback and was wondering what is the best way to convert MKV videos to dvix for playback on the palyer i would like to keep as high quality as possible.

    well the MKV file i have has a h264 video in it and i want to convert it divx but i cant seem to find any good programs to do this most programs cant seem to read the h264 format...any ideas???
