I'm not getting how to burn a .TS file or .MKV file to a standard DVD in HD for playback on a HD DVD Player. I tired Videoredo but it will not recognize .TS or .MKV files that I have. It says "This transport stream does contain an mpeg2 program (for the .TS file). The source is a rip of HD/Blu-Ray material (I won't say what). I guess this means it's an mpeg4? How are you supposed to authorize an .MKV or .TS to standard DVD in HD to playback on a HD DVD player?

I also used ConvertxtoDVD but it encodes for standard DVD only. I would like to keep the HD for playback in an HD DVD player.

    Thanks for your help.
