A family member of mine recently bought a PS2 game that I always wanted but the problem is he bought the game in PAL format when he was in Europe. As a citizen of the US there is a problem in format with my PS2 and the game.
My question is what kind of modchip should I get to play it? I have limited tech skills and I was thinking about a PNP No Solder Chip (http://www.modchip.com/ps2/v56pnporder.htm) or a Slide Card Combo (http://www.modchip.com/ps2/slidecard.htm). I want to know if they will allow me to play PAL games and if they "really work". Thanks for any help.
