I am sorry if this has already been explained. But how do I burn more than 80 minutes on to a cdr and still have it play in a cd player.

Overburn the disk, not every program supports overburning... nero does for one. Secondly i wouldnt try to squeeze more then 10-20 Mb extra out or your goana be messin with fire and will most likely get read errors or a bad burn.

thanks for the reply, I am not trying to use more than 700mb but then I go to burn it it says it will not fit.
The audio is long but the size is small.

A while back I recorded almost three hours worth of audio on a cdr and now i can not figure out how I did it. The sound sucked but it worked.

I think you want to burn an mp3 disk. If you are using Nero, try burning a CD-ROM (ISO), not an Audio CD.
