Motherboard wont read ISO cd

    My xbox still wont read my iso cd even after I flashed my xbit 1.5 chip with Evo 8 bio and also E2 bio. Any suggestions?

    Ok it's not your motherboard that reads the disc it's the dvd-rom drive and if you have a thompson or philps good luck with the whole trying to get it read cd-r's lol. don't know what I'm talking about then here ya go:

    This is how you tell what dvd drive you have if you have a thompson or philps you are gonna have a hard time getting it to play cd-r's but might have a good chance to play cd-rw's if you need some more help post or pm me.

    what difference does it make if it plays cdr's or cdrw's?? sorry. im a complete noob as you can probably tell. sorry guys for all the q's

    its a big difference..
    because you become familiar with the abilities/restrictions of your drive. Then, you purchase the proper media for it.

    are your trying to install evolution x?????

    ready prepared copies available if anyone is interested

    other software included....backup/burning etc etc
