I just bought an RCA opal 2 gb flash mp3 player (model MC4002) and i cannot seem to connect it to windows xp. I Keep getting a message saying that windows does not recognize this device. The mp3 player came with a software disc but it is just yahoo jukebox and a video converter. Im new to this and I think that it might be a drive that i need to download but i cannot seem to find one anywhere on the web. any help on how i can get this connected to my computer would be great! Thank you!
