I have an eternal capture device, a Pinicle Bungee, When I record a MPEG2 file for writing back on to a DVD the programs I use say its not a valid NTSCDVD file. the file is recorded at 720*480 i think and the sound quality is 44100Khz. I know the resolution is correct its the audio thats wrong. The programs I use to burn the DVD CD are Ulead DVD Factory and Ulead DVD workshop. I am not seeing any setting for the Bungee to allow it to record at 48000Khz. Is there a program that can convert the MPEG2 file I have now to the correct Audio setting?
