Has anyone used the - allmp3.com - music download site? They seem to have a good selection of what I like at a reasonable price, BUT they require prepaying with a cc, and they are a Russian site. With all the scams coming out of there nowdays I am looking for some good referals before hooking-up with them. Thanks

Even though you are paying for it, I doubt any of the mp3s are legal. In other words, you're still buying stolen merchandise although it takes the hassle out of searching the internet for what you want. Try emusic.com They give you 50 free mp3s and yoou can cancel after you download them if you don't like them.
