What your looking for is a media player for the xbox, once you've found it you'll need to trun it into an iso file then burn it onto a Cd-rw disc, ok if you need any more info email me I might be able to help further by sending you the file which is zipped ok.

Gosh where do I start its a bit complicated if you don't really know what I'm talk'n about, it might be easier just sending you the file so that you can burn it using nero, do you have a cd writer? Let me know then I'll send the file to you so that you can burn it, ie put it onto a cd.
