music saved on XBOX

    I recently had a buch of cd's stolen, most of them I had copies of on my hard drive. Iwas wondering if there was anyway to get those tracks back on a hard copy besides just recording from my audio RCA's and w/o modding my box? THANX

    Hi, I have found a way to get ur music off the xbox
    To access the Xbox Hard Drive you will need a hacked DASHBOARD like evox, mediaxmenu, avalaunch or Xbox Media Center or the XBOXHQ AUto Installer. You have to ftp into your xbox and search for the files/folders below.

    Anyway, The music you rip using your M$ Dashboard can be found under the e:TDATA directory..

    look for the hex value/directory of /E/TDATA/fffe0000/music

    if u dont have a chipped xbox you could remove the harddrive from your xbox, hook it up to ur pc and just browse to E/TDATA/fffe0000/music
