music videos (mpeg) formatted in dvd or vcd format?

    hey guys ,i was trying to convert music videos (mpeg) to dvd or at least vcd...i read the avi2dvd guide, pretty much understands the process...
    What i wanted to know is how i go about if i got couple music videos (mpeg) and i wanted to burn it in dvd format or vcd. I wanted to watch it in my own dvd player and my car dvd player...is there a program that converts it?
