It takes 30secs time from the mercury page in monitor, then it goes blank then the windows loading page comes what could be the reason.... Ya I do need assistance. Please check the log and suggest me what to do thankyou for taking time to read. And still in the taskmanager a program called ctfmon.exe runs even after ending the process it again runs, even when i delete the file in c:/windows/system32/ctfmon.exe, it reappears again which is very sad, i want to end it or should i reinstall my system. Note: The ctfmon.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32 In other cases, ctfmon.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!"
