My laptop won't work after playing the Sims 2 PC...

    My laptop won't work after playing the Sims 2 PC. it goes to "Windows starting up" and then after it loads it stops and won't go any further. I tried rebooting but it doesn't work either. HELP!!!

    go into safe mode if ye can and uninstall the Sims 2
    and see if windows boots

    I tried it again and it said that the Windows file was deleted or has been removed from the computer. Now what do i do?
