    Scam, only crunches, sit ups, seals, and leg ups will help build abs...The electrical pulse belts are used primarily in rehabilitation to re-stimulate the muscles.

    Yeah, I already do the exercises, it helps with my tennis and singing, I just wanted something to help me while im sitting down on the komp or something u know. But I guess everything that looks too good to be true usually is.... Thanks....

    To tell ya the truth. Im not too thrill with the idea of electric pulses going through my body. I heard once though that Bruce Lee used these kinds of things.

    Nah seriously, they are a gimmic, better to get someone to punch you in the stomache for 50 times a day............

    I do have one BTW, and it is quite powerful, I am in the middle of taking it apart and seeing if I can make a cheap little weapon out of it.......increase the juice and see how strong I can get the pulses..............This maybe my final post.......LOL.....

    I work with 3 phase everyday, so it doesn't hold the right appeal, however the output from an inverter drive would be nice.

    I think the high speed spindles go upto about 1000Hz at 400/500 volts........that'll kick some...........I'll have abs like the Michelin man..............
