   to make the screen without sort cuts , time date ect....just leave the wallpaper ?

   You posted a while ago you may have sorted it by now but...
   
   You can turn off Short cuts by going into MENU,TOOLS,SETTINGS,PHONE,STANDBY MODE,(Active Standy (Off))
   
   The Time etc im not so sure of..
