    Datawrite - printable surface
    Ridisc - printable surface

I've used the DVD's before in the Old SOny Drive, but they're not working on the Nec

Error in DVD Shrink (latest version)
    Disc is not writeable

The discs may not be supported with your drive.
You may have to try another brand..........if that is possible.

Also you may have to re-flash the firmware to a recent firmware level (this is normally for supported media compatibilty issues).

However, reflashing could render your burner useless, so it is a risk.
You will have to goto the manufacturers website to download a recent firmware change and SAFE instructions on how to flash............
