Hi Folks i am new here,

Which drive is better for burning PS2 backups, the NEC ND3500A or NEC ND3520?

Also do you need or can select bit setting in the drivers to burn PS2 games, will that give it more compatibility?

Also for the above 2 drives what is a compatible dvd+r or dvd-r media make to use for burning PS2 DVD Backups?

    Thanks for any help

the NEC ND3500A is about as good as it gets for both movie and game backups. The programers who created DVD decrypter recommend it, and that was all the advice i needed before i bought mine, and i love it. if you want to read their comments about the drive, go to their forum on their site and search around.
